Corcoran did a fantastic job. When checking in the villa, Jean-Charles noticed there was a lot of construction noise close by and offered to get us in a quieter villa. He did that the following day. The 2nd villa had breathtaking views of the St. Jean bay. We had a fantastic stay and will rent again with Corcoran.

The team at Happy Villa did everything they could to make our stay easy and unforgettable. The house we rented through them was impeccable. We had a wonderful Chef who made breakfast for us every morning. When we needed anything, from water to nespresso capsules, they sent one of their concierges to bring them to us. They made and manage all our dinner and lunch reservations for us during the busiest time of year in St Barth. We could not have been happier with the service they provided!

Very nicely laid out villa. Good inside space with nearly equal bedrooms. Kitchen was very serviceable. Outdoor spaces were wonderful. Not at all cramped. Good shade and good sun. Pool was actually heated! Excellent views of St Jean Bay. Location is excellent; short drive to Saline, Gouveneur and St Jean beaches. About 10 minutes to Gustavia and maybe 5 minutes to the Marche U grocery store. Most importantly, the staff from Corcoran St Barths was the best we have had in the many years we've visited St Barths.
